When are you hoping to use these funds?
*In 2002 the Executive Committee passed a policy regarding unrestricted gifts to the NA, using a formula which provides funds for the (1) General Operating Fund endowment, (2) Wish list of new and innovative programs or needs that are over and above the annual budgets of our divisions, committees, and (3) funds for immediate out-of-budget needs. The motivation for this policy is that gifts to the NA should not all be put away, but a portion used for those things which, if not for this gift, might be impossible to provide.
